The British Commonwealth Air Training Plan operated a number of Air Observer
Schools across Canada during W.W.II. #2 Air Observer School was operated at
Edmonton, Alberta, and the General Manager of #2 A.O.S., and supervisor of
Western Schools was W.R. “Wop” May.
